Thank you for choosing the Kaufman House for your next function. We welcome the opportunity to serve
you a quality breakfast, lunch or dinner, complete with beverages (full bar available) of your choice
for any size of group. The following pages are guidelines to help you choose from the many options both
in our dining rooms or for a catered event. If however, you would like something you do not see here,
we are more than willing to work with you.

The Kaufman House can accommodate the following groups (private rooms when available) our
conference room can hold up to 22 people, the front dining room up to 30 people, the upstairs dining
room up to 45 people (this room is on the second floor, there are restrooms, but we do not have an elevator).
The Kaufman House also has a main dining room that can hold up to 80 people. This room however,
may not be reserved on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) unless authorized by the manager.
Here are a few things to remember:
  1. These menus are mainly for parties with a minimum of 20 people
  2. When ordering from the banquet and buffet menus the number of
    choices you can order are listed at the top of each page
  3. Sales tax of 6% has not been added unless stated
  4. Gratuity for the service has not been included unless stated
  5. When ordering from these menus we need at least two weeks notice on
    the number of people and the food required
  6. The Kaufman House policy of 1 check applies to parties of 8 people or more
  7. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements
    have been made with management
  8. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The Kaufman House can cater your special event as well.

  1. We prepare, you pick up.
  2. We prepare, we deliver.
  3. We prepare, we deliver, we serve and we clean up.


    4. The chef will gladly sit down with you to discuss your catering needs.
