Thank you for considering The Kaufman House for your next function. We welcom the opportunity to serve you quality breakfast, lunch or dinner, complete with beverages ( full bar availabe) of your choice for any size group. The following pages are guidelines to help you choose from the many opitons both in our dining rooms or for a catered event. If however, you would like something you do not see here, we are more than willing to work with you.
The Kaufman House can accommadate the following groups ( private rooms available). Our Conference Room can hold up to 20 people, the Front Dining Room up to 26 people, the Upstairs Dining Room up to 36 people ( this room is on the second floor, there are restrooms, but we do not have an elevator). The Kaufman House also has a main dining room that can hold up to 65 people.
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. When requesting a private room there is a $25.00 non-refundable room charge (this is not a deposit, this guarnetees you a private room for your party
2. The following menus are for parties with a minimum of 20 people
3. When odering from the banquet and buffet menus the number of choices you can have are listed at the top of each page
4. Sales Tax of 6% has not been included unless stated
5. Gratuity for the service has not been included unless stated
6. When odering from these menu we need at least two weeks notice on the number of people and the food required
7. The Kaufman House policy of 1 check applies to parties of 8 or more
8. Payment is due upon completion of services
